1. License Statement

Jurnal Pendidikan UNIGA adopts the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) only if this licensing arrangement has been formally approved and implemented by the journal.

2. Permissions Granted

Subject to the applicable license terms, users may:

  • Share: Copy and redistribute the article in any medium or format.
  • Adapt: Remix, transform, translate, or build upon the material.
  • Use commercially: Reuse the material for commercial as well as non-commercial purposes.

3. Conditions of Reuse

Users reusing an article under CC BY 4.0 must:

  • Give appropriate credit to the author and other designated rights holders, where applicable.
  • Provide a link to the original publication and the applicable license where reasonably practicable.
  • Indicate whether changes, adaptations, or translations have been made.
  • Not imply that the author, publisher, or journal endorses the reuse.
  • Not impose additional legal or technological restrictions that prevent others from exercising the rights granted by the license.

4. Copyright Ownership

Under the journal's copyright policy, authors retain copyright in their published articles unless otherwise specified in the applicable publication agreement. The license governs the permissions granted for reuse and does not, by itself, transfer copyright ownership to the journal.

5. Third-Party Materials

Images, figures, tables, and other materials credited to third parties may be subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions. Users must review the relevant credit lines and obtain permission from the rights holder where required. The CC BY 4.0 license should not be assumed to cover material explicitly excluded from it.

6. License Identification

The applicable license should be displayed consistently on the journal website, article landing pages, and full-text PDFs. The license information must agree with the journal's Copyright Policy and publication agreement.
