Review Process Policy

A transparent editorial process to evaluate the quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity of submitted manuscripts.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment. Manuscripts considered suitable for the journal's focus and scope may proceed to peer review. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript's scholarly contribution and provide recommendations to the editor, who makes the final editorial decision.

Review Workflow

01. Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through the online journal system (OJS) and provide the required manuscript files and submission information.
02. Initial Editorial Screening
The editor checks the manuscript's relevance to the journal's scope, compliance with author guidelines, completeness, originality, and basic publication ethics requirements. Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements may be returned to the authors or rejected.
03. Peer Review
Suitable manuscripts are sent to qualified reviewers for scholarly assessment. Reviewers consider originality, relevance, methodological soundness, clarity of analysis, validity of conclusions, references, and ethical considerations.
04. Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers' comments and editorial assessment, the editor may accept the manuscript, request minor revisions, request major revisions, or reject it.
05. Manuscript Revision
Authors are required to address the editor's and reviewers' comments and submit a revised manuscript when revisions are requested. A revised manuscript may be evaluated again before a final decision is made.
06. Final Decision and Publication
Accepted manuscripts proceed to editorial preparation, proofreading, and publication according to the journal's editorial schedule.

Important Information

Reviewers provide recommendations, while the editor retains responsibility for the final decision. Authors must respond to revision requests carefully and comply with the journal's publication ethics and editorial policies.
