Implementasi Metode Simulasi Dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Menulis Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas V Mi Al-mu’min

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the simulation method in Indonesian language learning, identify obstacles faced by teachers, analyze students’ responses, and examine students’ writing skills outcomes in grade V of MI Al-Mu’min. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. The subjects were teachers and fifth-grade students of MI Al-Mu’min. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the simulation method improves students’ writing skills, enhances learning engagement and creativity, and creates a more interactive learning environment. Despite some challenges, the simulation method proves to be an effective alternative strategy in Indonesian language learning at the elementary level.
