Analysis of the Physical Condition of U-15 Football Players at Asskar Karawang

This study aimed to determine the physical condition profile of U-15 soccer athletes at Bina Rosada Soccer Academy, SSB Kancil Mas Karawang, and SSB Bina Patra. This research used a quantitative descriptive method with a survey design. The sample was selected using cluster sampling, and the data were collected through tests and measurements of physical condition components. The results showed that at Bina Rosada Soccer Academy, athletes were classified as very good 0%, good 33%, moderate 40%, poor 27%, and very poor 0%; at SSB Kancil Mas Karawang, very good 10%, good 24%, moderate 19%, poor 38%, and very poor 5%; and at SSB Bina Patra, very good 0%, good 19%, moderate 38%, poor 19%, and very poor 24%. Overall, the physical condition of the athletes was still in the moderate to poor category and had not yet reached an optimal level. Therefore, a more structured and sustainable training program is needed.
