This research has a descriptive design and a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 30 eighth grade students who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using a learning interest questionnaire with four indicators, namely pleasure, interest, attention, and engagement. The data was analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis in the form of percentages. The results of the study showed that students' interest in Game-Based Learning-based PJOK learning was in the very high category with an overall percentage of 86.53%. The highest percentage was for the pleasure indicator with 92.78% of respondents, followed by interest with 86.11% and attention and engagement with 83.61% respectively. The findings of this study show that the use of Game-Based Learning can bring interest and pleasure to the learning process and motivate students to actively participate. Therefore, Game-Based Learning-based PJOK learning can be an effective alternative learning strategy to increase students' interest in participating in the learning process.
