The low level of students’ physical fitness in the digital era has become a serious issue in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the hybrid learning model on improving the physical fitness of grade XI students at SMAN 1 Telukjambe. A pre-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design was employed. The sample consisted of 36 grade XI students selected using purposive sampling. Physical fitness was measured using the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI) encompassing six components: eye-hand coordination, explosive power, agility, reaction, upper limb muscle strength, and cardiorespiratory endurance. The hybrid learning intervention was implemented over six sessions integrating face-to-face and online learning activities. Descriptive analysis revealed an increase in the average physical fitness score from 17.53 at pretest to 19.72 at posttest. The Paired Sample t-test yielded a significance value of < 0.001 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant effect of the hybrid learning model on students’ physical fitness improvement. This study concludes that the hybrid learning model is effective as an innovative PJOK learning approach to enhance the physical fitness of senior high school students.
