The purpose of this study is to investigate how barbell training affects the arm muscular strength of Judo competitors from the Al Jabbar Judo Club in Tuban Regency during the Morote Seoi Nage throw. The study employed a one-group pretest-posttest design and an experimental methodology. Ten judo athletes that were chosen using a saturation sampling technique made up the sample. Push-up tests, pull-ups, and evaluations of the Morote Seoi Nage technique were among the tools employed. The barbell stick training program was conducted for 8 sessions. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and paired sample t-test inferential analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results showed an increase in the average score of all research variables. The average push-up score increased from 14.9 to 26.9, pull-up from 7.4 to 17.5, and morote seoi nage technique from 7.8 to 21.3. The normality test results indicated that all data were normally distributed with significance values > 0.05. Furthermore, the paired sample t-test results showed significance values of 0.000 < 0.05 for all research variables. Based on the results, it can be concluded that barbell stick training has a significant effect on improving arm muscle strength and morote seoi nage throwing technique ability among athletes of Al Jabbar Judo Club, Tuban RegencyDownloads
