This research is motivated by the importance of evaluating sprint swimming performance in adolescent athletes as a basis for developing regional swimming achievements. The study aimed to determine the performance profile of 50-meter freestyle swimming in swimmers aged 13–14 years in Kebumen. The study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method. Participants were 20 swimmers aged 13–14 who actively participated in training and competitions in Kebumen. The research instrument used a 50-meter freestyle swimming test, with athletes' time recorded using a stopwatch. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of average values, standard deviations, percentages, and groupings of athlete performance categories. The results of the study showed that most athletes were in the "Sufficient" category, indicating that their sprint swimming abilities had developed at a moderate level, but had not yet reached optimal performance standards. This finding indicates that athletes already possess basic technical skills and good physical condition, but still need improvement in aspects of speed, endurance, and movement efficiency in the water. This study concluded that the performance profile of adolescent swimmers in Kebumen still needs to be improved through a more targeted and sustainable training program. This study contributes as baseline data for evaluating the performance of adolescent swimmers at the regional level and as a reference for further research.
