MENGEMBANGKAN JIWA ENTERPRENEURSHIP GURU MELALUI WIRAUSAHA RAKYAT MERDEKA

In facing the challenging modern era, it is important for teachers to develop an entrepreneurialspirit so that they can be an inspiration for students and the surrounding community. TheIndependent People's Entrepreneurship Program is a strategic step in realizing this vision,through community-based economic empowerment involving teachers as the main actors. Theapproach methods carried out in the Workshop activities to increase the spirit of entrepreneurshipthrough independent people's entrepreneurship at Assidiqiyah Garut Junior High School are: 1) Lecture method 2) Question and answer method 3) Training method. Developing theentrepreneurial spirit of teachers at Assidiqiyah Garut Junior High School through the conceptof independent people's entrepreneurship is a strategic step that not only improves teachercompetence, but also has a positive impact on education and community economic empowerment.By harnessing local potential, teachers can become agents of change who are able to createentrepreneurship-based learning that is contextual and relevant to student need.
