Abstract

Sejumlah tantangan terkait dengan pengembangan dan penguatan jiwa edupreneurship pada para guru. Dalam konteks ini, sekolah perlu mengatasi masalah keterbatasan sumber daya serta meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menciptakan inovasi kewirausahaan. pengembangan edupreneurship pada guru menjadi langkah penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mendukung kemandirian sekolah secara keseluruhan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah PAR dengan beberapa tahapan Identifikasi Masalah, Perencanaan Bersama, Tindakan dan Implementasi serta Refleksi dan Evaluasi. Hasil dan pembahasan pada pengabdian adalah penguatan jiwa edupreneurship pada guru di SMP Asshiddiqiyah telah membuktikan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam mendukung kemandirian sekolah. Meskipun masih ada tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan pelatihan lanjutan, program ini telah berhasil menciptakan perubahan signifikan dalam cara guru mengelola pendidikan dan berinovasi di sekolah
