License Policy

Journal of Knowledge Management provides access to its published articles through its official journal website. Authors retain the copyright of their published works, while the publisher is responsible for their publication and dissemination. The terms governing the use, reproduction, distribution, and adaptation of published articles follow the license specified on the respective article's webpage or full-text document. Users are required to comply with the applicable license terms when accessing, sharing, reproducing, or otherwise using published content.

Plagiarism Policy

Journal of Knowledge Management is committed to maintaining academic integrity and preventing plagiarism in scholarly publications. All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening using appropriate similarity-checking software. The maximum acceptable similarity index is 15%. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected, depending on the nature and extent of the similarities identified.

A similarity index below 15% does not automatically guarantee that a manuscript is free from plagiarism. The editorial team carefully evaluates similarity reports, including the sources of matching text, the adequacy of citations and quotations, references, and potential instances of inappropriate text reuse. Particular attention is given to the originality of theoretical contributions, research frameworks, data interpretation, and discussions of knowledge management practices. Any suspected plagiarism, including self-plagiarism and substantial overlap with previously published work, will be handled in accordance with established publication ethics principles.

Correction and Retraction Policy

Journal of Knowledge Management is committed to maintaining the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of its published scholarly record. Corrections or retractions may be issued when errors or ethical concerns are identified after publication.

Corrections may be published when an error affects the accuracy, clarity, or interpretation of an article but does not invalidate its overall findings or conclusions. Corrections may address factual inaccuracies, errors in tables or figures, author information, or other matters requiring formal amendment to the published record.

Retractions may be issued when there is clear evidence of serious problems, including unreliable findings resulting from significant errors or research misconduct, plagiarism, redundant publication, data fabrication or falsification, or other serious violations of publication ethics.

All cases will be assessed by the editorial team based on the available evidence and relevant publication ethics principles. Where appropriate, the authors will be contacted and given an opportunity to respond. Retraction notices will clearly explain the reasons for retraction and be linked to the original article. The original article will remain accessible where possible, with an appropriate retraction statement or watermark to preserve the scholarly record.
