Journal of Knowledge Management recognizes the importance of scholarly discussion and the continuous evaluation of published research. Readers are encouraged to submit constructive comments, questions, or concerns regarding articles published in the journal through the official communication channels provided on the journal website.

Post-publication comments and concerns will be evaluated by the editorial team for relevance, accuracy, scholarly merit, and compliance with publication ethics. When appropriate, the authors of the relevant articles may be invited to respond. Significant concerns regarding the validity, reliability, originality, or ethical integrity of published research will be investigated and may result in a correction, retraction, editorial notice, or other appropriate action to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
