MODIFIKASI BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS (BMC) PADA KEWIRAUSAHAAN SOSIAL DI ALIANSI PETANI PADI ORGANIK

Pengembangan kewirausahaan sosial pada bisnis beras sangat penting untuk diarahkan dalam mendukung pembangunan pertanian yang berorientasi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan bersama petani. Aliansi Petani dan Palawija Organik Boyolali (APPOLI) merupakan suatu lembaga pertanian yang membantu petani dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan bersama melalui kegiatan budidaya padi organik, pengolahan (agroindustri beras) hingga pemasaran beras organik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui model bisnis sosial yang dijalankan oleh APPOLI dengan menggunakan modifikasi model bisnis kanvas untuk penerapan pada kewirausahaan sosial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara wawancara semi-struktur mengikuti kerangka pada model bisnis kanvas. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelola APPOLI berjumlah 2 orang, sementara informan adalah anggota APPOLI berjumlah 2 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dalam perancangan Business Model Canvas (BMC) serta Social Lean Canvas oleh yang dimodifikasi menjadi Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC) . Model bisnis sosial (Social Business Model Canvas) yang dijalankan oleh APPOLI merupakan pengembangan atau modifikasi dari Business Model Canvas dengan menganut pada Business Model Generation serta Social Lean Canvas sehingga dalam SBMC yang dibangun terdiri dari 11 blok yaitu Mission value; customer and beneficiaries; value propositions; channels; customer and beneficiaries engagement; revenue stream; key resources; key activities; key partnership; cost structure; dan impact and measurement. Rekomendasi kebijakan yaitu perlunya pengembangan model-model kewirausahaan sosial yang dilakukan oleh APPOLI terhadap kelompok-kelompok tani lainnya agar setiap kelompok tersebut memiliki dampak kepada petani-petani anggota.
