Pengembangan Pembelajaran Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Pesantren Dalam Meningkatkan Santri Putri Di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin Desa Sidoharjo Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2025/2026
Abstrak
Learning in the pesantren environment plays a strategic role in developing female students’ competencies through the internalization of Islamic values and local wisdom rooted in pesantren traditions. Pesantren local wisdom, which grows from long-standing traditions, cultural practices, and distinctive educational activities, constitutes an important potential for the development of contextual and meaningful learning. This study aims to describe the development of learning based on pesantren local wisdom in enhancing the competencies of female students at Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency, in the 2025/2026 academic year. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the pesantren leader, female teachers (ustadzah), and female students as research informants. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the development of learning based on pesantren local wisdom is implemented through the integration of pesantren traditions, role modeling by ustadzah, habituation of worship practices, and various pesantren activities oriented toward the formation of religious, social, and practical competencies of female students. This learning development has a positive impact on improving discipline, independence, moral character, and active participation of female students in both the learning process and daily life within the pesantren.
